Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work

 The scope of work includes all services and products as outlined in the project proposal or contract agreed upon between the client and Agile Pvt Ltd.

 Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.

2. Payment Terms

 Payment terms are as specified in the project proposal or contract.

 All invoices are due within [number of days] days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges as outlined in the project proposal or contract.

3. Project Timeline

The project timeline will be outlined in the project proposal or contract and is subject to change based on factors such as weather conditions, availability of materials, and any unforeseen circumstances.

 Agile Pvt Ltd will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline, but does not guarantee project completion dates.

4. Warranty

 Agile Pvt Ltd provides a warranty on all products and workmanship as specified in the project proposal or contract.

 Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Agile Pvt Ltd within the warranty period.

 Warranty coverage may be voided if the client fails to adhere to proper maintenance procedures or if modifications are made to the installed products or systems without prior approval from Agile Pvt Ltd.

5. Liability

 Agile Pvt Ltd is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or third-party negligence.

 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Agile Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s use or misuse of the products or services provided.

6. Termination

 Either party may terminate the contract for material breach by providing written notice to the other party.

In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
